Our Fees

Our standard rates are clearly laid out on this page so you know what to expect upfront

This applies to all PAYE and Mechanics / Mileage Expenses claims (applicable to anyone who is employed under the Pay As You Earn scheme). If you have nothing to claim, then you have nothing to pay! All of our help and guidance is entirely free.

If you are due a refund, we will collect our fee from your refund only when it has been successfully received and we will repay the balance directly into your nominated bank account.

The following prices are our standard rates and do not include any special offer that we may run from time to time.

Claim Type Standard Fee %* Minimum Fee*
PAYE & Leaving / Left the UK Tax Rebates 20% £99
Mechanics / Tool Tax Rebate 20% £99
Mileage Expenses Tax Rebate 20% £99
Sports / Sport Coaches Tax Rebate 20% £99
CIS Tax Rebate / Return** 20% £99
Self Employed Tax Return** 20% £99
Landlord / Property Tax Return* 20% £99
UK Secondment Tax Rebate 20% £180

*VAT at 20% will be added if you reside in the European Union.

**For all Self Assessment and CIS tax returns (not PAYE or Expenses Mileage tax rebate claims),if we believe there is no refund, we may require upfront payment of our minimum fee so we can still do the work and help you get your tax affairs in order (prepare your books; calculate your tax liability and submit a tax return on your behalf).

Remember, you MUST file a tax return by law if you are or have been:

  • Self-employed
  • Working under the CIS scheme
  • Receiving rental income as a landlord
even if this was only for part of the tax year!

Failure to do so may result in HMRC charging you up to £1,600 in penalties per tax year, which could end up leaving you worse off financially.
