CIS Tax Return – Our service

It's an often very boring and time consuming task having to complete your self assessment tax return, but unfortunately it's an annual thing and something you really can't avoid – unless you like fines!

Tax Refund Pro is able to complete your self assessment for you and in the process get a large chunk of money refunded.

We sort through all of your receipts and invoices and prepare your books completely free of charge. Based upon this data we can then advise you on the amount of refund you can expect.

If you are happy to go ahead with the tax return and want us to process it on your behalf we will submit the details to the tax office – this can usually be done securely online.

For your CIS tax return we charge 14% of the total refund, with a minimum fee of £150 per tax year. There is no VAT to add on top of this. Only once we successfully receive your refund do we charge our fee so there is never anything to pay up front out of your pocket, unless you are not due a tax refund for any reason. If this is the case then we will offer to submit your tax return and complete your self assessment liability for our minimum fee of £150 per tax year.

If you change your mind and do not want us to submit your tax return for any reason then we will return all of your paperwork to you and you will not owe us a penny.

The deadline for filing your 2011/12 CIS self assessment is 31st January 2013.

Commission Vs fixed fee

Tax Refund Pro will collect a small commission of your CIS tax refund – we charge 14% of the total refund with no VAT or any other hidden charges on top.

Some companies offer to complete your tax return for a fixed fee but we do not do this. The reason why we charge a commission is that it's in our best interest to get you the biggest possible refund. The more money you get back, the more we can earn and therefore we are kept highly motivated by your claim. We know the ins and outs of what you can and can't claim for and may be able to point out things you may not have realised you can claim for.

Whilst an accountant will process your return just fine, there is no guarantee they will get you the maximum refund as they will get paid regardless. By using Tax Refund Pro you can rest assured that we will claim everything we legally can for you and the tax man won't be left with more than he should.

If for any reason you are not due a refund then we will still offer to submit your tax return having complied all of your figures for a fixed fee of £150 per tax year – which is a lot less than an accountancy firm!
